Flowers are out of Season - Check back next December/January

It's a magical time of year at the farm, every greenhouse has burst into a sea of white wasabi flowers. 

Visually stunning and completely edible, they make a lovely garnish with a peppery taste.  Your order includes the entire stem and small leaves of the wasabi flower, seen in the closeup photo below. Grab these highly prized spring delicacies while they last, wasabi plants only flower once per year.

Wasabi flowers can be pickled, stir-fried, or tossed raw into salads.

And if you're searching for a unique Valentine's Day gift, these flowers make a wonderful bouquet and stay fresh and vibrant for a couple of weeks in a vase. 

Minimum of 1 lb and maximum of 5 lb per order.

• We harvest/ship only on Mondays. Orders must be placed by Sunday at 8 pm Pacific time for Monday shipping. Orders will arrive by Thursdays.
