Frequently Asked Questions

Can we visit the farm for a tour?

At the moment, we’re no longer offering farm tours. Coordinating visits takes a lot of time, and we want to stay focused on growing and shipping the best wasabi possible.

When do you ship orders?

Orders placed by Sunday at 8 p.m. Pacific Time ship on Monday and typically arrive by Thursday.

Can I place an order for pickup instead of shipping?

At this time, we’re not able to offer order pickups. Due to the volume of daily orders, shipping allows us to serve everyone more efficiently.
